I took these photographs of my neices on Christmas Eve. We just wondered out in the front yard together and took a few pictures of these blonde beauts. I'm pretty biased to their cuteness so I won't say much but I always enjoy photographing children I know well! Not that I don't always enjoy photography in general! Kids are just a blast to photograph, challenging at times but so free and fun!

Here are some pictures from another session I had this weekend. We went out to a little pond close by and enjoyed the natural settings around us. We got to feed the ducks and look at the beautiful squirrels and other animals running around us as we snapped these shots. It seems that for children this is a great location as they have so much fun watching all the beauty around them. And the background looks so beautiful as well in the pictures! These two were just fantastic and gave me several opportunities to get some good shots of them. Their cousin even joined in for a group shot as well. Hope you enjoy the newest shots!
It seems that I have found my place in the world of photography! I keep taking photographs of larger families! While this can sometimes be a challenge to get everyone placed properly and looking at the camera with a smile it is also so much fun. This weekend I found myslef photographing a loving family with four children. We had a nice time and I was amazed at how well behaved they all were. Many thanks to this wonderful family for inviting me into their home to help record their precious memories for them. I think we got some wonderful pictures for mom and dad to treasure for years to come. Thanks to all of the kiddos for being so great for me! I had a great time with this fabulous group!

Look at these super cute little guys I had the joy of photographing today. They were so good for me and their little dog was just a delight! I had a great time with the boys today laughing, playing and taking some fantastic photographs of them. We took these gorgeous shots in their picturesque backyard. It was so beautiful with the lake behind them and the moss hanging from the huge trees. It was not too hard to get gorgeous photos of the boys when they were so good and the surroundings were so spectalular!
I photographed Jane and Josh a little over a month ago. You can see their maternity photos if you go back to last month. We had so much fun during their session and I had just as much fun photographing their newest arrival today. I just did black and whites today. This little one is not even a week old yet. So tiny and so CUTE!!! We were aiming for a good announcement photo. I think we acheived that goal and then some!
You'll never hear me complaining about all the work I have had during the last week. I have been on my toes, literally, snapping pictures all week! I am so excited to say that I had the fantastic opportunity to take black and white and sepia photographs of all the preschoolers at St. Luke's Lutheran School in Oviedo last week. It was a busy few days but I had a great time doing it and the kids were just phenomenal. I will share a few of their photos with you once I get permission from their parents. I think the photos turned out great; of course there are kids that I just couldn't get a good picture of but it was not for lack of trying! It is hard sometimes to shoot a moving target. But those moving targets often gave me some great pictures! Kids are just a joy to photograph and each one has their own unique personality that they shared with me during those few minutes I got to spend with them. Today when I went back to do some make ups for the kids who were absent I was greeted so kindly by every child I saw. They all wanted me to take their pictures again, I only wish I had the time to do it! What a great job this was for me!
